Terms of Service
These terms apply when you play on an Oaze DayZ server, join our Discord or buy from the Oaze store. By doing any of those you agree to them. Last updated 7 November 2026.
Who we are
Oaze DayZ Network ("Oaze", "we") is a community that runs DayZ game servers hosted in the United Kingdom. Contact us by opening a ticket on our Discord or email oazedayz@oaze.lt. See Support for other ways to reach us.
Oaze is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Bohemia Interactive or Valve. DayZ is a trademark of Bohemia Interactive a.s.
Playing on our servers
You need a legitimate copy of DayZ on Steam. You must follow our Rules. We can kick, ban or reset any player, character, base or item to keep the servers fair and working. Admin decisions can be appealed by Discord ticket.
Servers are provided as they are. They can restart, go offline, be wiped, change settings or mods, or close. We don't guarantee uptime or that your character, base or items will be kept.
Store purchases
Everything in the store is digital: a priority queue place, VIP perks, or virtual in-game items delivered to your character. You pay in pounds sterling (GBP) through PayPal and sign in with Steam so we can deliver to the right account. Prices include any VAT that applies.
Virtual items and perks are a licence to use them on our servers, not property. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be sold or transferred outside the game. They can be lost in normal play (death, raids, decay) and are affected by wipes, rebalancing and mod changes like any other in-game item.
Store items are delivered on the server shown on the item. Items are normally delivered within a few minutes of payment while you are online on that server.
If you are under 18 you need permission from a parent or guardian to buy.

Bans and conduct
Buying from the store doesn't exempt you from the rules. If you are banned for breaking them, you lose access to anything you bought and you are not entitled to a refund. Opening a chargeback or PayPal dispute without first contacting us may result in a ban.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to play or buy after a change means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
